Movie director brothers Jon and Andy Erwin had always believed that the story behind MercyMe’s iconic hit single, “I Can Only Imagine,” could translate to the big screen but they had no idea how popular it might become. To say the movie I Can Only Imagine was a success is a just a wee bit of an understatement.  It was a massive success.
